American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC was referred to me by Service Magic based upon my desire to have a brick patio installed in my backyard. I called and spoke to a human being on a Saturday, and the folks at American Exteriors & Masonry were able to schedule an appointment with me at my home for a site survey and estimation/project review within a few days of my initial contact. The job was estimated at what I determined to be an excellent price and an aggressive timeline for completion. Much to my surprise, the job was started before the anticipated groundbreaking date, and was finished in less time than projected, which in my experience with the construction industry is an extremely limited occurrence. The product I received was of better quality and more aesthetically pleasing than I had foreseen. The personnel from American Exteriors & Masonry were friendly, accommodating, efficient, and punctual throughout the entire job, and I would be happy to provide a “satisfied customer reference” if so requested.
